Situated at the gateway to the North Ribble Valley and Pennine Moors, Bowley is surrounded by beautiful countryside and offers visitors stunning views of Pendle and the surrounding area. With its 47-acre site of rolling meadowland, bordered by woodland and the River Calder, Bowley is a picturesque location for outdoor activities.

Originally established 50 years ago as a training base for members of the Scout and Guide movements, Bowley has since provided specialist outdoor skills training to hundreds of young people and adult leaders. It is now a popular destination for youth groups, schools, corporate groups, and other organisations looking for an exciting and challenging outdoor experience.
