Bowls Taradale, an adjunct of the Taradale Club, is a sports club located in Wharerangi Road, Greenmeadows, just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Napier. The club boasts two artificial greens and has the largest membership, approximately 200 men and women, of any bowling club in Napier or Hastings.
The club offers two all-weather greens and a 12-month bowling programme. Members can participate in roll-ups every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with names required to be in by 12:45 pm. Coaching is also available to all members, with current coaching days falling on Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 9:30 am.
Bowls Taradale publishes newsletters every Sunday night throughout summer to keep members updated with the latest news and information. The current website contains information up to May 2013, and they have since moved to a new site, which can be accessed by visiting the provided link.
New and visiting bowlers are always warmly welcomed at Bowls Taradale. The club prides itself on creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all members and guests.
