One of the ice trails is a 730-meter skating trail connected to a skating rink located in North Glenmore Park, providing a picturesque setting for skating enthusiasts. The other trail is a 1. 6-kilometer ice skating trail with rental ice bikes located in Bowness Park, offering a different experience for those looking to try something new. Helmets are strongly encouraged for all skaters.
At Bowness Skating Trail, visitors are welcome to bring their own ice skates and enjoy the beautiful outdoors in a safe and friendly environment. However, certain equipment such as hockey sticks and nets, toboggans, and sleds are not allowed on the ice for safety reasons.
