We pride ourselves on promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, especially among children. Our Gymnastics programme, developed by British Gymnastics, offers a fun and progressive journey for students. Through this immersive and exciting programme, gymnasts can build strong muscles and bones, increase flexibility, balance, and coordination, as well as develop discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.

Additionally, we offer trampolining courses that follow the British Gymnastics Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme. These courses cater to individuals of all abilities and range from simple aerial tricks to big-air stunts. Trampolining provides numerous benefits, including the development of strong muscles and bones, improved flexibility, balance, and coordination, as well as the nurturing of discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.

Brackenbury Sports Centre is conveniently located on High Road East in Felixstowe. Our facility is easily accessible, and we provide ample parking, including accessible parking spaces. We are committed to ensuring that our centre is accessible for individuals with disabilities, and we offer facilities such as ramps for wheelchairs and accessible changing rooms.

To make your experience even better, we offer a free Places membership that allows you to book your sports sessions online with 8 days' advance booking rights. Additionally, we have recently refreshed our Places Tracker Virtual Studio, providing you with thousands of on-demand and live stream workouts.
