The course comes with natural contours and native gorse bushes, adding to its unique character and challenge. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned golfer, each round at Braid Hills promises to be unforgettable.
Braid Hills boasts an 18-hole layout with a par of 71, stretching over 5865 yards. A practice net is available to warm up. Booking is straightforward, done either online as a member or on a pay-as-you-go basis. There’s also a mobile app for both Android and iOS users.
Visitors will find various facilities to enrich their day. Free parking is available, and the starter’s office ensures a smooth start by admitting one person at a time. Vending machines provide drinks and snacks, while golf essentials like balls, tees, and gloves are up for purchase. Trolleys and clubs can be hired, but due to the hilly terrain, buggies aren't available. Toilets are open and accessible.
Regular golfers might consider Edinburgh Leisure Golf membership, offering unlimited play at all six courses, including Braid Hills, with advanced booking options.
