For those of you with intermediate or advanced skills, we have specialised classes that focus on positional sparring, drilling, live sparring, situational attacks, transitions, escapes, and strategies. Additionally, our No Gi program will introduce you to Jiu Jitsu techniques adapted to no gi situations. Just remember to wear the appropriate uniform for each class, and you'll be ready to dive into the exciting world of Jiu Jitsu.
