I believe in creating a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported on their fitness journey. My goal is to empower our members to push their limits, build strength, and achieve their goals, both inside and outside the gym.
I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth, and I bring my knowledge and expertise to each training session to ensure our members get the best results possible. My interest in fitness started at a young age when I was involved in various sports, such as rugby and touch football. I quickly realised the impact that proper training and nutrition could have on performance and overall well-being.
This led me to pursue a career in the fitness industry, and I am now proud to be a part of the Break-Thru Active team. As a coach, my aim is to help our members develop a love for movement and exercise, and to guide them on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
