Each yoga class at Breathe In Yoga incorporates yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation, reflection, and mindfulness activities. Breathe In Yoga offers different classes for children of different age groups. The Mini Yogis class is designed for children aged 3-4 and has a duration of 30 minutes. This class takes place every Wednesday at 10am. Little Yogis, for children aged 5-8, and Junior Yogis, for children aged 9-12, both have a duration of 45 minutes.
These classes occur every Wednesday at 4:15pm and 5:15pm, respectively.
The pricing for yoga classes at Breathe In Yoga is as follows: the term fee for Mini Yogis is $148, while the 5 class pass is $67. Casual classes in Mini Yogis are priced at $15. For Little Yogis and Junior Yogis, the term fee is $198, the 5 class pass is $90, and the casual class is $20. These prices are based on 11 weeks, and a 10% discount is offered for term fees and 5 class passes.
In addition to regular yoga classes, Breathe In Yoga also offers school holiday workshops. These workshops combine yoga and art and have themes such as Gratitude and Emotions. The workshops are available for children aged 5-12 and take place on specific days during the school holidays. The cost for each workshop is $50, and they are held at My Wellness Chiropractic in Ivanhoe.
Breathe In Yoga also provides yoga incursions in primary schools and kindergartens within Melbourne. These sessions include various activities such as yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation, and fun yoga games. The investment for primary schools is $7 per child for a 45-minute session, and for kindergartens, it is $5 per child for a 30-minute session. Yoga mats are provided, and there is a maximum limit of 24 students per session.
At special events, Breathe In Yoga offers Mini Yogi Morning, a free yoga session for children aged 3-4. This event takes place on Wednesday, October 25th, from 10:30am to 11am at My Wellness Chiropractic in Ivanhoe. The session includes fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, a yoga game, relaxation, and each child receives a little gift to take home. Limited spots are available for this event, so booking is essential.
Breathe In Yoga is owned and operated by Jackie, a highly qualified primary school teacher with 15 years of experience and 95 hours of Children's Yoga Teacher Training (CYTT). Jackie is deeply passionate about the wellbeing of children and believes in investing in their wellness through yoga.
