I count myself blessed to have been born into an area of such extreme natural beauty which I freely explored from a young age. Now that Natural World is under grave threat, and I've long held the contention that if there is no space on the outside it is all the more challenging to hold the space that we all crave on the inside. Yoga came to me late in life and I soon realised that I have been searching for it for a long time.

Brendan Yoga offers a unique and holistic approach to yoga practise, focusing on the connexion between mind, body, and spirit. With over 4 years of experience practising yoga and 2 years of teaching experience, Brendan is dedicated to helping his students find inner peace, balance, and strength through their practise.

Brendan studied Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation with the Josh Summers school of Yin Yoga, and completed a 200hr teacher training in 2021. His classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, and he offers both group and private sessions to cater to individual needs.
