They are also first aid qualified and Garda vetted, ensuring a safe and professional training environment.
If you're interested in joining BCF, your first class is free, and subsequent classes are affordably priced at 8 euro per session. You will need to bring your own boxing gloves and hand wraps, and booking your place in advance is recommended due to class size restrictions. We also offer private training sessions and cater to sports teams looking to cross-train in martial arts.
