Bridgewater Tae Kwon Do, located at 373 King Street in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, offers dynamic and engaging classes for individuals of all ages and skill levels. With classes held on Mondays and Wednesdays for ages 5 and up, as well as on Sundays for ages 3 to 5 in our Little Dragons program, there is something for everyone to enjoy at our gym.
In addition to our regular classes, Bridgewater Tae Kwon Do also offers a variety of special programs, including an unparalleled After School Program that provides structured physical activity, homework time, and free play for children. We offer pickup services from local schools, as well as day camps during snow days, March Break, Christmas Break, and Summer Vacation.
