Welcome to Bright Yoga Space, a welcoming community located in the stunning Alpine Valleys of Bright in North East Victoria. Whether you're a complete Yoga newbie or an experienced Yoga teacher, our studio is dedicated to creating better physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing for all. We also offer online classes for those who can't join us in person.
At Bright Yoga Space, we are passionate about inclusivity and community connexion. We believe that Yoga has a profound impact on our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and philosophy, we aim to strengthen, balance, and bring greater awareness to our bodies and minds.
Our vision is to create a container for presence and offer the teachings of Yoga and mindfulness to open the door to transformation, personal growth, and empowerment. The tools and techniques we offer are essential for navigating the ups and downs of life, particularly in these challenging times. Our inclusive style of Yoga ensures that everyone feels welcome and supported wherever they are on their journey.
We acknowledge and honour the Taungurung & Dhuduroa people, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work. We deeply respect their connexion to Country and are grateful for their knowledge and care of these lands. As Yoga and meditation teachers, we also acknowledge the traditions and cultures of the practises we share, particularly from the South Asian region. We honour our own ancestors and the wisdom that has been passed down to us, as well as the wisdom that resides within each of us.
