From acrobatics gymnastics to the highly desired newest programme of Gymnastics Australia - FreeG (Freestyle Gymnastics) adopted from British Gymnastics, we have a wide range of options to cater to each athlete's interests and goals.
While we place emphasis on training gymnasts to work to the best of their ability and develop the technical and aesthetic aspects of gymnastics, we also aim to nurture their personality through the sport. We believe that gymnastics not only provides physical strength and agility but also teaches vital life skills such as discipline, determination, consistency, respect, dedication, friendship, teamwork, and nutritional values.
