Bristol Yoga Classes, a local yoga club in Bristol, is excited to announce an upcoming event that is perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis. This event is designed to cater to all levels, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
If you're new to yoga, don't worry! You can start your yoga journey with a 3-class pass. With this pass, you can attend three consecutive weeks of the same class or try out different classes to find the one that suits you best. Our classes are known for their guidance, slower pace, and ample time for discussion and feedback. This allows you to practice and learn at your own pace.
Our classes take place at the inviting Bristol YogaSpace located in Bishopston, BS7 8NP. It's a great space that provides the perfect atmosphere for your yoga practice. In addition to our in-person classes, we also offer an on-demand video course titled 'Yoga for Beginners.' This course consists of four half-hour online videos that cover the basics of yoga in a step-by-step manner. You can repeat these videos as many times as you like and go at your own pace. It aims to get you moving, improve your breathing, and leave you feeling revitalised, connected, calm, and relaxed.
