Yoga With Aimie is a sports club located in Sydney, Australia, offering outdoor yoga classes at Bronte Beach. The club is organised by Aimie, a qualified yoga instructor with a passion for health and wellness.
Under the current COVID-19 regulations, Yoga With Aimie is limited to a maximum of 50 students per class. Reserving a spot in advance is mandatory to ensure a safe and socially distanced experience. Participants are required to wash and sanitise their hands before and after class, bring their own mat or towel, and set up at least 1. 5 metres apart.
It is also important to sneeze into the elbow and stay home if feeling unwell. The club encourages students to unreserve their spot if they are unable to attend so that others can take their place.
Yoga classes take place on the hill behind the surf club, on the north side of Bronte Beach. The class starts with a short meditation, followed by a flow sequence accompanied by a fun playlist. The session concludes with a relaxing savasana pose, allowing participants to listen to the soothing sound of waves crashing in front of them. This natural environment adds an extra element of tranquilly and serenity to the practise.
