Brothers in Grappling (Renzo Gracie) is a grappling and martial arts club in the Helderberg area, based around Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, jiu-jitsu, submission grappling and judo. It suits beginners who want step-by-step training for self-defence, fitness and confidence, as well as experienced grapplers focused on sport and competition. Training is mainly no-gi and the club welcomes drop-ins, building a friendly but competitive training environment.
