Rachel brings 15 years of coaching experience to the table, with expertise in fitness, gymnastics, and pre and postnatal exercise.
The gym has a diverse timetable, offering daily workouts and open training sessions throughout the week. Classes are capped at 8 people to ensure individual attention, and all classes can be booked through the Octive App. In addition to classes, they also offer various membership options to suit different fitness goals and schedules.
Membership options include Open Gym, Part-Time, Conditioning, Unlimited, and WL Club. Open Gym provides unlimited access to the gym, while Part-Time includes 2 classes per week as well. Conditioning membership offers unlimited access to conditioning classes, and Unlimited membership includes unlimited classes and gym use. The WL Club membership is designed specifically for weightlifters and offers unlimited access to the gym, specialised programming, and coaching for competitions.
