Bryony Vickers is a seasoned yoga instructor in Cambridge, United Kingdom 🎓. Driven by a passion for guiding women and families through pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting, Bryony tailors her classes to support well-being during these crucial stages.

With 17+ years of yoga experience, Bryony connected with Birthlight during her second pregnancy 🧘‍♀️. She was so inspired by its positive impact that she became a certified instructor, now teaching sessions from pregnancy through toddlerhood. She also offers private family sessions focused on physical and emotional healing after birth.

Beyond yoga, Bryony is a qualified counsellor with a private practice in Cambridge and online. She has worked with the Small Steps Together team at Ormiston Families, providing online support for women's mental health and wellness.

Bryony's commitment extends globally 🌍. She has trained teachers for Birthlight International and conducted courses in Germany, Australia, Ireland, and the UK. Her diverse experiences underscore the value of meaningful support during this transformative time in parents' and children's lives.

In her personal time, Bryony loves spending time with her family, crafting, practising yoga and meditation, and gardening 🌸.

Classes offered by Bryony include Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Massage, Parent and Baby Yoga, and more. Each class aims to boost relaxation, parent-child bonding, and overall well-being.

Additionally, Bryony has founded The Baby Village, a supportive local and online community. Here, mothers connect, share experiences, and access resources like videos, podcasts, blogs, and online relaxations. Face-to-face events such as community walks, Restorative Yoga, and coffee mornings facilitate connection and support.

For personalised support, Bryony offers Mothers Mentoring, ad hoc sessions, birth/postnatal debriefing, trauma sessions, and birth preparations for survivors. These sessions create a safe space for mothers to explore their experiences and seek guidance.
