BTND. Better The Next Day

BTND. Better The Next Day runs community-based fitness in Birmingham, with inclusive Run Crews and Gym Crews designed to help people build strength, confidence and a sense of belonging. The Gym Crew sessions are low-cost and led by a qualified coach, focused on training with others and feeling supported, without pressure or judgement. Run Crews are a free-to-access group weekly get-together for 30 minutes of exercise, with no judgement and no barriers to entry.
