Bude Pilot Gig Club

Membership and Fees To become a member of Bude Pilot Gig Club, there is an annual membership fee. This fee covers the cost of boat maintenance, equipment, and insurance. We offer different types of membership including single, family, and student memberships to accommodate everyone's needs.

In addition to the membership fee, there is also a training fee for those who wish to participate in race crew training. This fee helps cover the cost of hiring training facilities and organising regattas.

Social Events At Bude Pilot Gig Club, we believe that rowing is not just about the sport, but also about building a sense of community and friendship. Throughout the year, we host a variety of social events such as quiz nights, raffles, and Christmas parties. These events provide an opportunity for members to socialise, unwind, and have fun off the water.

Fundraising Opportunities To support the construction of our Gig Shed and other club expenses, we actively engage in fundraising activities. We have already raised a significant amount through Crowdfunder and Sports England, and we continue to organise fundraising events such as quiz nights and the Bude Heritage Festival. By participating in these events or making a donation, you can help us achieve our fundraising goals and contribute to the growth and success of our club.
