Burlesque Teaser Classes

Join Maison Burlesque, Richmond's premier Contemporary Dance club, for a fabulously fun one-hour introductory class led by the fabulous Headmistress, Poppy Cherry. This class is practically free, as participants will start off with a complimentary glass of bubbly or a non-alcoholic beverage of their choice.

During this introductory class, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the Art of The Tease while learning the classic art of bump and grind burlesque. Maison Burlesque offers a wide variety of classes, and this is the perfect chance for participants to discover more about them. In addition, they will also be treated to a guided tour of our studios, which are simply fabulous.

No prior experience is necessary to join in on the fun, and we encourage individuals of all genders, ages, and experience levels to take part. So, whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner looking to try something new, Maison Burlesque welcomes you with open arms.

Comfort is key, so participants are advised to wear something that allows for easy movement. Dance or low heels are helpful but not essential. The cost of the class is only $20, which includes the glass of bubbly, as well as a $15 class voucher for their next class or course with Maison Burlesque. The best part? The voucher has no expiration date, giving participants the flexibility to use it whenever they please.
