The Burnaby Velodrome Club offers a range of programs for cyclists of all ages and skill levels. From beginner Learn to Ride courses to advanced racing programs, there is something for everyone. The club also hosts regular events and races, including the annual BC Provincial Track Championships and the Kristmas Krampus Friday night racing.
As a not-for-profit organization, the Burnaby Velodrome Club relies on funding from the Province of British Columbia, sponsors, members, and donations to support its operations. The club is committed to promoting track cycling and racing in the community and providing a space for individuals to develop their skills and passion for the sport.
Located inside the Harry Jerome Sports Centre in Burnaby, the Burnaby Velodrome Club is proud to be the only indoor velodrome in the Pacific Northwest. The 200-meter wooden track provides a unique and thrilling cycling experience for riders of all levels. The track was constructed between 1991 and 1997 by Cycling BC and dedicated volunteers, replacing the historic China Creek Velodrome.
