Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout done on a specialised reformer machine that uses springs for resistance and support to build core strength, improve posture, flexibility, and movement for all levels.
Bring grip socks (required for safety and hygiene), comfortable, fitted workout wear, and a water bottle. All equipment is provided, so just arrive a few minutes early and get ready to move.
You need at least 24 hours' notice for class cancellations, otherwise late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your class credit. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you won't be permitted to join and the class will still be charged.
