Required online or by calling 613-966-4632. This class is geared towards players with basic knowledge of the game of pickleball. It is a slower paced, social game that allows players to practice their skills and have fun in a relaxed environment. Pickleball Beginners This program offers children the opportunity to learn basic soccer skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Participants will work on dribbling, passing, shooting, and basic game strategy. Soccer Fundamentals (6 to 9 Years) This class is for those who are more advanced in their yoga practice. Participants will explore more challenging poses and sequences to deepen their practice. This class will help build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a flowing yoga practice.

Advanced Yoga This program is designed to introduce children to the world of gymnastics in a safe and supportive environment. Participants will work on basic skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and balance beam basics. Gymnastics (6 to 9 Years) Enjoy a fun and challenging workout with this high-energy class that combines cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. Participants will use a variety of equipment such as resistance bands, weights, and stability balls to improve their overall fitness level.
