Immerse yourself in a 1.5-hour journey of rejuvenation and tranquility with the Cacao Sound Bath Experience Workshop at Angel Times on 15 Shannon St. Participants at Breathe Better Yoga will be guided through a sequence of practices that foster rest, relaxation, destressing, and letting go. Pure cacao will be used in mindful meditation, enhancing the experience with its grounding and heart-opening properties. The workshop also includes Yin Yoga for releasing tension, Yoga Nidra for conscious relaxation, and a Quartz Crystal Sound Bath for energetic balance and stress reduction. The event is accessible to all and aims to provide a transformative experience for participants. Please bring your own yoga mat.
