Caged Dragon Mixed Martial Arts is the leading martial arts school in Brantford, Ontario. At Caged Dragon, members have the opportunity to compete in sanctioned Boxing Ontario competitions, MMA events across Ontario, and Muay Thai shows worldwide. For younger members, we offer Little Dragon kickboxing classes for kids aged 8 and up. Our adult co-ed classes are suitable for anyone 15 and older, and all classes are beginner-friendly in a supportive and family-oriented atmosphere.

Our expert trainers include Kru Todd Whetter for Muay Thai, KB Fitness, and MMA; Mike Williamson for Boxing; and Thomas “The King” Raby for Little Dragons and Muay Thai. With a diverse range of classes available throughout the week, including Muay Thai, boxing, and grappling for MMA, Caged Dragon provides a well-rounded training experience for all members.

New members are welcomed with a free trial lesson to experience the Caged Dragon training firsthand. Monthly memberships are available for unlimited classes or specific disciplines, with private training options also offered for those seeking personalized instruction to reach their fitness and competition goals.
