Welcome to Caledonian Taekwondo Health & Fitness Centre, a premier taekwondo school and fitness centre located in Glasgow. Our centre is affiliated with the Kukkiwon in Korea and is led by John Haggerty, a highly experienced 6th Dan taekwondo practitioner.

Having started in 1995, we opened the doors to our state-of-the-art gym in 2004, and have since been an integral part of the community. We pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of taekwondo classes suitable for all ages and skill levels. Our classes include pre-school, early school, advanced kids, adult beginners, competition training programme, ASD children's class, and more.

In addition to our taekwondo classes, we also offer a variety of fitness options to suit your needs. These include barbell classes, bootcamps, a sports injury clinic, personal training, and a fully equipped gym complete with a strength and conditioning area for Olympic weightlifting.

Our centre is conveniently located at 358 Netherton Road, Glasgow, part of the Netherton Community Centre Complex. We operate from Monday to Friday, with classes running from 4 pm to 9 pm. Saturdays are from 9 am to 3 pm, and Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm.
