Our coaches are supportive and encouraging, and we foster a sense of community among our members. We want everyone to feel welcome and motivated to achieve their fitness goals.

Flexible schedule We understand that life can get busy, so we offer flexible scheduling for our bootcamp sessions.
If you are unable to attend a session one week, you can make it up by attending an extra class the following week. We also have indoor access for all sessions, but we prefer to make use of the great outdoors whenever possible. Locations We currently offer bootcamp sessions in three locations across Cambridge. Our North Cambridge Academy location is situated near the tennis courts on Arbury Road, and sessions are held on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings.
The Netherhall School location on Queen Edith's Way hosts sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings. By offering multiple locations and times, we aim to make it convenient for our members to attend bootcamp sessions that work with their schedules. Personalised nutrition advice In addition to the physical workouts, we provide our clients with personalised nutrition advice. We offer a free tailored calorie calculation so that they can fuel their bodies with the correct macronutrients to support their fitness goals.
We believe that proper nutrition is essential for achieving optimal results, and we ensure that our clients have the knowledge and understanding of what is required to reach their goals. Bootcamp benefits Bootcamps are a great way to get in shape and improve fitness. The variation within the classes makes it a sustainable habit for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Working out with a group of people is also highly motivating, as everyone is there to make a positive change and support one another.
Unlike going to the gym alone, bootcamps provide a supportive and empowering environment that encourages you to push yourself and improve each week. Torch calories and build endurance Bootcamps provide a high intensity workout that torches calories. Through a combination of strength training and cardio intervals, expect to burn between 400 to 600 calories during a session. This total body workout not only helps to burn fat, but also builds endurance and improves overall fitness.
Building confidence Bootcamps are not just about physical fitness, but also about mental strength. Pushing through challenging workouts helps to build confidence and self-esteem. By realising that you are capable of completing difficult exercises and pushing your limits, you can develop a sense of accomplishment and feel amazing.
