About
The summer camp will take place from July 1st to July 5th at Cardio Loft. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in yoga, circus activities, dancing, stand-up paddleboarding, acro yoga, Spanish lessons, and outdoor activities. The camp will be held in a spacious indoor studio with a view of the Laurentian nature. Outdoor activities will be diverse, with access to the Rivière du Nord, aerial circus installations, a large gazebo for meals, and arts and crafts activities. Healthy snacks are included, just bring your own lunch. The schedule runs from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Registration is now open for the price of $325.
