Camp de jour - 12-16 août

The summer day camp from August 12th to 16th organized at Cardio Loft offers a variety of sports activities such as yoga, circus, dance, stand-up paddle, acro yoga, as well as Spanish lessons and outdoor activities. Participants will have access to a large indoor studio with a view of the Laurentian nature, as well as a diverse outdoor space including access to the Rivière du Nord, facilities for aerial circus, a large gazebo for meals and artistic activities. Healthy snacks will be provided, just bring your own lunch. The schedule runs from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. To reserve your spot, the cost is $325.
