Certified Yoga & Qigong (energy practice) teacher, Tonbridge, Kent
I teach yoga for beginners for adults and in primary schools to children. I offer a range of options to make the practice accessible to all abilities.
I promote better wellbeing, health and immune system through yoga and qigong (energy practice).
I also organise regularly yoga retreats for adults and workshops for children.
I live in Tonbridge with my family. I am a yoga Alliance accredited teacher, trained and certified to teach Yoga, Qigong, Yoga Nidra (restorative) and Yin Yoga.
