For the youngest members, there’s the Pre-school programme: Bouncing Bears and Tumbling Tigers. These sessions focus on developing fundamental movement skills and coordination through engaging activities. It's an ideal introduction to gymnastics for children aged 2–5 years old.

They also offer Parent & Toddler classes, where parents can join their little ones as they explore basic gymnastics skills together. It's a fantastic way to bond and support your child's physical and cognitive development.

The General Gymnastics programme is for children aged reception and above, accommodating all abilities. These classes aim to build strength, flexibility, and confidence through various gymnastics disciplines, with dedicated timetables to fit busy term time schedules.

For those passionate about competitive gymnastics, the Women's Artistic programme is where the talented gymnasts train. Owen and his skilled coaching team guide gymnasts through intense sessions to prepare them for Regional, National, and International competitions. Capital Academy has a proud history of producing successful gymnasts who shine on the competitive stage.

During school breaks, Holiday Camps offer a fun and active way for children to spend their holidays, engaging in gymnastics and other sports, while making new friends and building teamwork skills.
