We have a new Capoeira class starting in North Shields. This uniquely Brazilian art form brings together elements of Martial Arts, Dance, Music and Acrobatics but played as a game.
Learning Capoeira helps develop fitness, strength & coordination and will introduce you to many different aspects of Brazilian culture as well as the opportunity to meet new people and build strong friendships!
Come along and give it a try - the first class is Free! £6.50 per session afterwards.

Yes, our classes are listed for all levels, and we also run a kids class on Sundays. Monday and Tuesday sessions are both for all levels.
We have classes in Sunderland, Newcastle Upon Tyne, and Brancepeth. Monday is in Sunderland, Tuesday is at Heaton Community Centre in Newcastle Upon Tyne, and Sunday is at Brancepeth Village Hall.
