Cardiff Pilates also offers Zoom classes for those who prefer to work out from home. Remember to bring your own mat and props. Live classes are £8 each, while Zoom sessions are £6.

Looking for something more personalised? Emma offers 1-2-1 private sessions at a top-notch Pilates Studio or via Zoom. The studio is kitted out with Balanced Body Allegro Reformers and a Wunda Chair, so you get the best gear. During private sessions, Emma ensures you’re working safely and maintaining proper alignment. She even provides home exercises to keep you progressing between sessions.

Emma, the founder, is a certified Pilates Teacher with three decades in the dance industry as a performer, choreographer, teacher, and more. Her dance background means she's got a sharp eye for movement, posture, and making exercise graceful and efficient.

Always learning, Emma regularly attends training workshops and courses. In 2020, she added a Matwork conversion course to her credentials.
