Alex and the team at Cardiff Uni have top-class synthetic pitches for football, rugby, hockey, lacrosse, and American football, all floodlit for both day and night action. They’ve even got 3 FIFA and 2 World Rugby accredited 3G fields!
With 20 changing rooms, a team meeting space, and a lounge with catering, Alex has thought of everything to keep you comfortable and fuelled. Plus, there’s loads of parking – over 400 spots for cars and coaches.

They’re open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 21:00, and weekends 09:00 to 18:00. Hours might change in the summer, and they're closed on Bank Holidays.
