In addition to regular yoga classes, Carlow Mandala Yoga Studio also offers sound bath meditation sessions with Leo Harte. Sound bath meditation is a powerful healing practise that involves the therapeutic use of sound to help relax the mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall well-being.
