With training in Total Barre and certification as a Movement Specialist through FRC, Carmen blends her passion for thoughtful exercise with her background in occupational therapy to offer highly skilled instruction.

Carmen hosts small, intimate classes in her home studio situated in the scenic St. Margaret's Bay, Nova Scotia. The studio offers a cozy, welcoming environment where participants can focus on their physical and mental health. Additionally, Carmen also offers classes at The Space Pilates and Mindful Movement in Halifax, NS.
