The Carolan School of Ballet, a local ballet club in Crafers - Bridgewater, is excited to promote their upcoming ballet event. Led by the experienced ballet dancer Carole Hall, the club aims to instil a love for classical ballet in its students.
Carole Hall, who trained at the renowned Royal Ballet School in London and performed with esteemed companies such as the Royal Ballet Company and the Opera Ballet at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, brings her expertise to the Carolan School of Ballet. Since establishing the school in Adelaide in February 1973, Carole has earned recognition both in Australia and internationally for her incredible contributions to the arts and the community. In fact, she has been honoured with an O.A.M for her voluntary efforts.
At the Carolan School of Ballet, students not only learn the technique of ballet to the best of their abilities, but also cultivate poise, confidence, and a genuine enjoyment of this beautiful art form. The club offers classes for babies, pre-primary, and grades, each with specific uniform requirements to create a sense of unity and professionalism within the studio.
One of the highlights of the year for these dedicated ballet dancers is the end-of-year Concert. This eagerly-awaited event provides a platform for every student to showcase their skills on stage, donned in stunning costumes, as they captivate an audience with their graceful movements and artistry.
