Carolyn Sadler is an experienced and qualified Personal Trainer based in Pulborough, West Sussex. She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instruction and Personal Training from leading Global / NASM. Carolyn is also a member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
With a passion for exercise and helping others improve their physical and mental health, Carolyn offers one-to-one training in her private fitness studio near Pulborough. She strongly believes in the combination of good, balanced nutrition and regular exercise to help individuals become the best version of themselves.
With years of experience, Carolyn has worked with a diverse range of clients, ranging from teenagers to mature adults in their 70s. She has a close partnership with Pulborough Osteopathic Clinic and has assisted many clients with strength and conditioning exercise programmes to improve core stability and overall back health, in conjunction with osteopathic treatment.
Outside of her professional life, Carolyn enjoys running on the lanes and trails around her home, as well as on the beautiful South Downs. She has participated in numerous 10K and Half Marathon races locally and around the South East, including the London Marathon in 2013 and Paris Marathon in 2019. Her achievements have even earned her an age-group time qualification entry to the Boston Marathon in 2020. To complement her running and overall fitness, Carolyn also enjoys Circuit Training and Pilates/Yoga.

Whether it's improving general fitness and health, weight loss, preparing for a sporting event, muscle gain, or strength and conditioning, Carolyn tailors her one-to-one sessions to meet the unique goals of each client. She takes into account any past or recurring injuries or niggles to ensure sessions are safe and effective.
In addition to exercise sessions, Carolyn provides nutritional advice to help clients follow a healthy, balanced diet. Personal Training sessions last for 1 hour and include a warm-up, main set of exercises, cool down, and appropriate stretches. Carolyn recommends a block of 8 sessions to maximise the benefits of Personal Training and fully achieve fitness goals. Sessions can take place in her fitness studio at Winterfields Farm or outdoors, given its private and rural location.
Prices for Personal Training with Carolyn are 40 per session, and if you pre-pay for 8 sessions, you will receive a 10% discount at 288 (36 per session).
