Carron Gymnastics Centre, located in Falkirk, is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the development of gymnastics in the area. Offering a full range of Women's and Men's artistic equipment, as well as specialised training equipment such as foam pits, full-size sprung floors, and air and tumble tracks, the centre is equipped to cater to gymnasts of all levels and ages.

The pathway is based on an ability-based development programme, where gymnasts are invited to train at Carron Gymnastics Centre once they meet the required criteria. From there, they can progress to either Tryst Gymnastics Club or Stenhousemuir Gymnastics Club, depending on their desire and talent to compete.

In addition to catering to competitive gymnasts, Carron Gymnastics Centre also welcomes recreational level gymnasts. It offers fun-based, less-structured sessions and an extensive holiday camp programme. Furthermore, the centre also hosts Stay and Play Gymnastics sessions for children aged 0 to 5 years. These sessions provide an opportunity for children to play and explore age-appropriate gymnastics equipment, aiding in their physical and social development.

Coaches are present at all times to ensure safety and demonstrate the correct usage of equipment.
