Carrum Body and Soul was founded in 2000 by two passionate chiropractors, Dr. Melissa Hayes and Dr. Raelene Hiddle. The centre's goal is to improve the health and wellbeing of their patients by taking the time to identify the root cause of their health concerns.

The chiropractic team at Carrum Body and Soul includes Dr. Raelene Hiddle, Dr. Michelle Clarke, Sara Brookes, and Esther Finn. Dr.
Raelene Hiddle studied at RMIT University, completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Biology, a double degree in Applied Science (Clinical) and Chiropractic Science, and holds a certificate in Paediatric Chiropractic. Dr. Michelle Clarke has a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Physiology and Biochemistry from The University of Melbourne, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical Science) from RMIT University. Sara Brookes graduated from RMIT in 1999 and has a strong interest in sport and fitness.
Esther Finn holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in Sydney.
