Sifu Carson Lau's journey into WingTsun began after witnessing Great Grandmaster Leung Ting demonstrate the art on television. Impressed by WingTsun's effectiveness in close-quarter combat situations, Sifu Lau dedicated himself to mastering the system. With over two decades of experience teaching WingTsun at the IWTA International Headquarters in Hong Kong, Sifu Lau brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the academy.
At the Carson WingTsun Academy, students have the opportunity to learn a variety of forms, including Hand Forms, Chi Sau, Weapon Forms, Long Pole, Butterfly Swords, and Wooden Dummy Form. The academy offers a range of classes throughout the week, catering to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Sifu Carson Lau leads Carson Wing Tsun Academy, holding the 8th Level Practitioner title of the IWTA system. His primary goal is to develop WingTsun's presence throughout North America and the rest of the world.
Night class runs 7:00PM - 09:30PM Monday to Friday for all levels, and there is an Instructor class 09:30PM - 10:30PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Saturday offers a night class 04:30PM - 06:30PM for all levels, and Sunday offers an afternoon class 12:00PM - 02:00PM for all levels.
