Caya Studios

Caya Studios runs Pilates-based training in Singapore, combining Pilates, strength training, and functional movement. It suits people who want to work on posture and everyday movement, including those who sit at a desk, carry groceries, or are focused on strength and recovery. Classes are offered in formats such as reformer, mat, and spine corrector, with small group sizes of 4 to 6 people for individual guidance. Private and duet sessions are also available.
