Our classes cater to men and women aged 18 years and above, regardless of fitness level. No previous boxing experience is required, as most of our classes are beginner-friendly and non-contact. In addition to our classes, we also offer drop-in options for first-time members, allowing you to experience our facilities and classes for a day pass fee of 15. We also offer class packages for those looking to commit to their fitness journey, with options ranging from a 4-class pass to a 10-class pass to suit your needs.
