Central-Island Equestrian Center Nanaimo

Located in the beautiful Nanaimo area, Central-Island Equestrian Centre offers a top horse riding experience for both beginners and experienced riders. The facility is operated by Glynis Boggs-OShea, a Certified Equine Canada Competition Coach & Specialist, BHSAI and Canadian National Coaching Certified Program Level 2.

The main purpose of Central-Island Equestrian Centre is to provide parents and students with comprehensive information about equestrian lessons and horses in Nanaimo. The facility focuses on promoting competition, building confidence, fostering friendships, and ensuring a fun and safe environment for horseback riding and jumping activities.

Coach O'Shea is friendly, relaxed, and dedicated to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all riders. She is fully certified, up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques, and fully insured. With years of experience in coaching and competing in various provinces in Canada, as well as coaching and training in England and Germany, Glynis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Central-Island Equestrian Centre.

Lessons at Central-Island Equestrian Centre take place on Wednesdays and Fridays in the afternoons and evenings, as well as all day on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Children and adults of all ages and skill levels are welcome, from beginners to intermediate riders.
