Central Tech Stadium, located at 725 Bathurst Street on the west side of Central Technical High School, is a prominent athletic facility in Toronto. The stadium is easily accessible via public transportation, with Bathurst Station just a three-minute walk away. Additionally, the stadium is conveniently located near bus stops for the 511 Bathurst and 94 Wellesley routes.
The stadium features a state-of-the-art athletic track that is open to the community for individual use year-round at no cost. During the winter months, the track is available Monday to Friday from 6pm to 10pm, and on weekends from 8am to 10pm. In the summer months, starting around July 1st, the track opens from 6am to 10pm daily.
Central Tech Stadium is a year-round facility, with a dome covering the field from late October to late April. Outside the dome season, the field lights come on at sunset, allowing for evening play. The dome does not cover the track in the winter months, as decided by the community, so the track is always outdoors and can only be used in the winter, weather permitting.
The stadium entrance is located in the alley between Central Tech High School and the field, parallel to Bathurst Street and off Harbord Street. Access to the stadium is through the CTS Clubhouse at the northeast end of the field. Parking is available in the lot off Borden Street, which is one street east of Bathurst and a one-way street going north from Harbord Street.
Central Tech Stadium also offers adult soccer leagues during the outdoor season, exclusively through Stadium Sport Leagues. Registration is now open for the Summer 2021 season, and interested individuals can find more information on league offerings on the stadium's website. With its convenient location, top-notch facilities, and commitment to community accessibility, Central Tech Stadium is a destination for athletic pursuits in Toronto.
