Welcome to Central YMCA KX, the Pilates, Meditation and Yoga studio located in the heart of Kings Cross, London. At Central YMCA KX, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of your body and mind through our range of classes and exercises. We provide a space where you can truly be yourself, take some well-deserved “you” time, have fun, and be part of a welcoming community.

Our classes are designed for everyone, regardless of your level of experience or fitness. We welcome all people and bodies, and our friendly and experienced instructors will ensure that you leave each class feeling refreshed, stronger, and more confident. Whether you are a complete newbie or a seasoned practitioner, our instructors will adapt their classes to meet your individual needs. We are here to support you on your wellness journey, whether you prefer hands-on attention and feedback or prefer a more self-guided practise.

We offer a variety of classes in our studio, including Pilates and Yoga. Pilates is a practise that combines physical movement with mental focus, helping you refine your technique and challenge your body at a pace that suits you. Our Pilates classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Our Yoga classes provide a space to quiet your mind, stretch, and de-stress. Our Hatha Yoga class focuses on the breath, helping you increase strength, stamina, and flexibility while improving your range of movement. It is a stimulating, energising, and relaxing class.

In addition to our classes, we also offer venue and facility hire. Our well-equipped rooms are suitable for a variety of events and activities, including meetings, workshops, conferences, castings, and rehearsals. Our central location in Kings Cross makes us easily accessible for all.

If you're unable to visit us in person, we also have an app and website where you can book and manage your class sessions. Our goal is to make your experience as convenient and seamless as possible.
