Champions White Collar Boxing offers 8 weeks of free training at their selected training centre, led by ex-World Champion Denzil Lawrence. Participants will attend two one-hour training sessions per week, focusing on fitness, cardio, weights, strength, and conditioning. This comprehensive boxing training programme aims to improve participants' self-esteem, confidence, balance, coordination, and flexibility.
At the end of the 8-week training period, participants' boxing abilities will be assessed to ensure they are matched with a fair opponent. Providing a safe environment is a top priority for Champions White Collar Boxing, and they take their duty of care seriously. All necessary safety measures will be in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable boxing event.
Not only will participants have the opportunity to get fit and improve their boxing skills, but they will also have the chance to raise money for a worthy cause. Champions White Collar Boxing is partnered with the British Stroke Association, and all funds raised through these events will go towards supporting this charity.
In addition to the training and fundraising aspects, participants will also receive a free Champions for Charity fight night vest. Professional support from experienced trainers of champions will be available throughout the training programme, ensuring that participants receive guidance and assistance to reach their full potential.
