Carly Rowe, the founder of Changing Tides Yoga, is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher. Born in Katoomba, she has been practising yoga since her teens and has obtained formal training in traditional Hatha Yoga and Dru Yoga. Carly's love for children and nature is evident in her teaching, as she brings a playful, light-hearted, and fun approach to her classes. She has taught in various settings, including schools, yoga festivals, retirement facilities, and health retreats.
Carly believes in the power of yoga to nourish, balance, heal, and inspire individuals of all ages and backgrounds in our chaotic world. She is dedicated to bringing the benefits of yoga to the community and takes joy in sharing her knowledge and passion.
Carly's qualifications and training include Dru Yoga Postgraduate Certificate in Prenatal Yoga, Dru Yoga Teacher Diploma, Reiki Master Practitioner in the Usui System of Universal Energy, Advanced Yoga for Kids and Teens, and various other certifications in kids and teen yoga, as well as prenatal yoga.
