Shao Chi Chuan, also known as “The Small Ultimate System” or “The Stressfree Way,” is a powerful and effective self-defence art that is relatively easy to learn. It follows a unique syllabus that allows students to start with a practical and less demanding curriculum before progressing to more intense physical and mental training. The system incorporates biomechanically sound self-defence techniques and positive psychological teaching methods to eliminate excessive stress commonly found in traditional martial arts.
The Sing Ong Tai Chi classes focus on the Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan, which is renowned for its health benefits. It emphasises relaxation, accuracy, and the principles of Yin and Yang. Practising Tai Chi Chuan promotes overall well-being and cultivates mental calmness.
With over 40 years of history in New Zealand, Chans Martial Arts has established itself as a reputable organisation. Their instructors and assistants create a positive learning environment where students can train comfortably.
